Product came very quick and is of good quality! Delivery was a lil disappointing due to product was shipped and delivered without being boxed. The blanket was in its zip up bag however not protected any other way. Thats why it lost a star.

My grandson is slightly autistic, he asked for one of these form his birthday, he's 9. He loves it! It gives him the security that he needs. It's not too heavy, it's a great item!

My child used to scream all night. It didn't matter if he rubbed his own sleepy eyes for any amount of time, listened to a 4 hour loop of lullaby music, projected stars on the ceiling, laid down in the silent darkness, fans on, white noise machines, practiced sleep hygiene, or ANYTHING. This child WOULD NOT SLEEP. Until he hit 30lb, there was no solution. I talked to his pediatrician about this 3lb blanket and got the approval for him.Within 3 days of this blanket arriving, he finally went to bed in under an hour. Now it's under 30 minutes. Every large weight milestone, he gets a new blanket at 10% his bodyweight.Since my friend's hyperactive child follows my child's weight milestones, he gets my child's outgrown blankets. They both fall asleep in under 30 minutes with these blankets. I can throw them in the washer and dryer, and they're so easy to fold.I've sent this link to all parents I know who have sleep issues. I've never had a single issue with getting these blankets clean. They're worth every penny.Here's what you should know: if your kid cannot lift blankets over their head or are not 30lb, they aren't ready for a weighted blanket. 10% bodyweight is recommended. If they sweat the bed, put a sheet under the blanket as the glass beads retain and reflect that body heat. For us, this blanket is most effective with a white noise machine.

Esta colcha la utiliza un niño de 7 años que en las noches no podía dormir. Desde la primera vez que la tuvo en sus manos le encantó y no la soltaba. La más grande le queda perfecta (ver las especificaciones de peso) pensé que le quedaría corta pero mide 1.22mts y le va genial. Algo que me preocupaba era que donde vivimos es una zona MUY calurosa, con temperaturas arriba de 34°C. Pero con el aire acondicionado la utiliza super bien y no le acalora. Ya llevamos tiempo usándola y no se ha roto ni ha perdido color con las lavadas.

Life-changer. My 6 year old has nightmares and wakes up several times a night. He still climbs into bed with us and disrupts our sleep. I washed the blanket as described and had him use it for the first time last night. Not only did he sleep through the night, my husband said he slept so well he barely moved when my husband tried to wake him up this morning. I am so glad I made this purchase because all of us are going to have a better night’s sleep, not just my little one.Quality-wise, the fabric softness is what you’d expect of 300 count sheets. Not the best, but soft enough to be comfortable. We used it over his normal comforter and there were no complaints. He is a taller 6 year old, 50+ lbs, so we bought the 7 lb. blanket and it worked fine for him. Not too heavy and the size was perfect for his twin bed.
