Very easy & very quick to assemble. Looks great. The cushion is thick. Longer than I,thought, the tray is very convenient.

My daughter's always looking for a good spot to get comfy and read, and she plopped down on this SONGMICS HOME LUIZ Collection bench as soon as I got it assembled and in place. As you can see, it's not the best fit for that purpose, but I wanted a bench for some extra seating in the master bedroom and thought it could be handy to have a flat surface for books, drinks, or other miscellaneous items. In retrospect, it would have been nice if the tray was made more like the bench, cushioned on one side and flat on the other. Still, I think it's a good piece for our bedroom. The almost 16" depth is shallow enough not to stick out too much and block any walkways, the almost 16" height works great and doesn't block the window, and the almost 44" length is about right also, though I wouldn't mind something slightly longer considering the tray.I like the modern industrial look of the bench, which is softened/lightened up by the linen curtains we have it next to. The assembly would have been much faster if I hadn't installed the top bars the wrong way, but it was a simple process to do (and undo, lol). I also like the fact that if no one ends up using the bench in our bedroom, I can move it into our living room to try using as a coffee table, which we're in need of anyway. On the tray piece, I wish they'd put the screws on the other sides so that there would only be screws showing at the narrow end of the bench. Overall, this is a nice, versatile piece that can be used and easily moved around the house depending how you'd like to use it.

Easy to assemble, very, sturdy. You can put a lot of weight on this bench. I keep it at the foot of my bed for sitting on while putting my shoes on in the morning. I don’t really have any significant complaints.

This ottoman bench is the perfect height for my grandchildren, great for footrest, and reversible for slid wood table. The tray, which is included is great for accessories or floral design. It states holds 600 lbs. but I've only had 300 lbs. of weight to sit on it, but it appeared sturdy. Comfortable cushion.
