The juice seems to leak out from the lid area. Not good for kids lunches. Always a mess. Wasted my money here.

The glass bottles themselves are thick and sturdy, so far the lids have held up great in the dishwasher and there are no leaks. Great value for the price.

This is a good value pack of square glass jars with a rounded top. There are a dozen in this set, that is packaged neatly and securely. They come in a well padded box and there is no risk of getting them smashed or broken. They are also thick, unlike a wine glass for example, so they're very durable as well. The lids on these are all plastic and so some are more susceptible to over tightening and can break and therefore leak a bit. It's important to keep these bottles upright to prevent this.

1 bottle was broken when I received the package.1 bottle broke after I put it the dishwasher.

Wanted to give closer to 3.5 stars. The bottles and lids are actually very nice. Size is a little larger than we are used to, but good for our spice mixes (eg Montreal steak spice) rather than our pure herbs and spices. The lids seal well for freshness. The labels are actually pretty nice, adding a colourful flair.Quality control concerns came in the bottles themselves. As you can see in our pics, almost all bottles had white surface marks on them. We originally thought they were from the styrofoam, but after feeling them, they were textured like scratches. We did manage to clean them so the white disappeare$, but they all had left pock marks where we scrubbed the white marks off, leaving us to believe they were scratches.Lastly, the quality of the sponge cleaner is nil. We’ve seen 5hose in similar items, and in all honesty, just toss it. They are better putting the cost into something else or reducing the price instead of providing 5his cleaning device.Overall, the bottles 5hemselves are grea5, and receiving a set without scratches or scuffs would make any purchaser happy with this set.
