My portable battery charger recently went out. It also had a 200 amp jump function. I came across this whole looking for a car audio amp and thought this would make a nice charger/jump box/ power supply.It's very large and feels well built. I mounted it to an old power washer frame for portability.It's important to note the power requirements of this unit. 38 amps of 110v or 13.2 amps 220v. This will run on a normal 20amp wall outlet but will likely toss the breaker. It also comes with a European style 2 prong plug. I cut it off and added twist lock 6r30 style plugs run to 220v..I set this up with a battery as part of the circuit for jumping equipment. That will lower the shock load on the unit. I was able to do a load test on the unit to 130amp and it did fine. The unit is load sensing and does not provide current unless called for.It had two charging modes, slow and fast. It appears to be a pulsed charge.It comes with a 2 page flyer that only mentions the specs. No instructions. I had to figure it out of my own.. one long press until the display flashes, then short press to select. Then long press to confirm..Overall it's a beautiful unit, well built and appears it will do a great job for jumping, charging and powering my audio system in my shop.

Tested it with a Wolfram 4500d car amp, no battery just straight to the amp and the amp put out tons of power at 2ohms. I can only imagine what the help of a battery would do. Keep in mind that Stetson is euro power where they are known for it. This is a must have for car audio enthusiast the like to hook up car audio up in you're home
