This is the first time I have purchased these. They are exactly as described. I am able to stretch them out and twist them around 6 months of payroll paperwork, without over stretching them. So far they seem sturdy.

These rubber bands are lethal. These rubber bands came compressed/vacuum sealed. They fluffed up well and worked well. They measure about 7" unstretched.We are using these for Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes. They work, no breakage, even when doubled around a shoebox.
