El Mat de Yoga Sunny Health & Fitness fue mejorado recientemente con una superficie grande antideslizante hecha con material TPE cómodo, sostenible y fácil de limpiar. Mejorado a una base más suave y texturizada con una superficie de 183cm de largo x 76 cm de ancho x 0.6 cm de grosor, nuestro Mat de Yoga es una pieza fundamental para tu régimen de bienestar. ¡Con sus colores reversibles de dos tonos, Gris y Marsala, y su facilidad de enrollado para guardar y transportar.

Caracteristicas
GROSOR
6 mm de grosor para mayor comodidad y durabilidad. Lo suficientemente gruesa para aliviar los puntos de presión y proporcionar una capa de comodidad entre usted y una superficie dura, pero lo suficientemente delgada como para enrollarla fácilmente para que sea portátil.
EXTRA ANCHO
Mientras que la mayoría de las colchonetas de yoga son de 61 cm, el ancho adicional de 76 cm de la estera de ejercicio de yoga TPE cuenta con un ancho más grande.
Superficie texturizada y materiales
La superficie texturizada, compuesta por un elastómero termoplástico (TPE) de alta densidad sostenible, ligero y fácil de limpiar, proporciona una comodidad óptima durante el ejercicio.
ESTIRAMIENTO DE ISQUIOTIBIALES
Mantén los músculos isquiotibiales sueltos haciendo un estiramiento tendinoso. Fortalecer y estirar los isquiotibiales ayudará a prevenir el dolor lumbar, reducir las lesiones y mejorar la capacidad atlética en general.
ESTIRAMIENTO DE ESPALDA
Los estiramientos de la espalda ayudarán a mantener la flexibilidad de los ligamentos y músculos de la columna. Mantener la movilidad de la espalda haciendo algunos ejercicios de estiramiento de la espalda de forma regular evitará el dolor de espalda y aumentará su rango de movimiento.
ESTRIAMIENTO DEL CUERPO COMPLETO
Comúnmente conocido como "uno de los mejores estiramientos de la historia", este estiramiento se dirige a todos los músculos principales del cuerpo. Arqueando la columna vertebral para atrás se consigue un gran estiramiento de los abdominales y los hombros, sin mencionar que fortalece el tronco del cuerpo y aumenta la flexibilidad de la columna vertebral.

No se deje engañar, es un producto que no sirve, debí haberlo sabido por el precio. La regadera de mano es de plástico, y ese no es el problema principal, ya que instalas la regadera, las primeras veces si sale bien, después se tapa, tienes que estar quitando y poniendo. Aparte que todos los accesorios son de mala calidad

Wow! I was hesitant to spend this much on a yoga mat, but it is definitely worth is, and still better quality than more expensive ones! The texture has enough grip that it doesn't slip on the floor or on sweaty feet, and it's so nicely cushioned that you can't feel the floor through it at all. I constantly feel like I'm banging my knees or tailbone on the floor through yoga mats, but this one is a dream. I love how wide it is, although it could be a little longer for my tastes and I'm only 5'5". I know it sounds like I'm exaggerating how much I love it, but I am actually this impressed.
