This is now my primary kitchen timer. Previously I used the oven timer or microwave timer, but those are only visible when I’m in the kitchen. Since this timer is portable with a kickstand and also magnetic, I can place it anywhere to make it conveniently visible. The lighted ring also makes seeing the time remaining very easy from farther away. This does take a little getting used to because the scrolling wheels are push buttons and you have to cycle thru settings to get hours/mins vice mins/secs and start/stop/reset. Once you get the hang of how it works, this is great and I’m very happy with it!

My wife is a pre-K school teacher and timers are the thing for her classroom. These performed flawlessly, are kid stylish with bright colors for the kids and they keep accurate times for the various centers around her classroom.

I really like the size and looks of this timer. The visuals for the countdown with the percentage of time left is great, as well as the ability to prop it up on a table/shelf, or mount it on the refrigerator with the magnet. The only thing I don't like about it is its complexity... I had to read the manual to figure out how to make it work! To turn it on/off, you have to long press the power button, which feels very long. A slider ON/OFF switch would be nicer. Also, there are 3 buttons and 2 knobs... I didn't expect the knobs to be buttons as well. It makes sense after you've messed around with it for a little bit, but not right away, at least not for me.

My daughter gives her two older sons timelines of Gaming and screen time. This has been a tremendous gift for that. It’s a fantastic timer for gaming, study sessions, or any timed activity. The dad and I had some trouble figuring out how to get it to start a countdown but our nine year old helped us. Hopefully he’ll use it daily. The display is clear and easy to read; it’s just not clear which button starts the countdown of the timer.If anything, I’d suggest a more intuitive instruction on how to start the countdown. It’s compact yet sturdy. It will be a helpful tool for keeping track of playtime, breaks, my own gym workouts or her work productivity sessions.

Substantial without being overly bulky or heavy. With all the knobs and buttons I did need to read the instructions, and even with them, it's kind of a lot to remember what to push for what purposes. But I like having two knobs so I can control minutes and seconds (or hours and minutes) separately. Magnet holds to the fridge well, and stand works well (though it can also stand up by itself vertically without the stand.Included instructions are helpful but could be improved; I didn't notice it ever saying why there are two knobs, though I figured that out while trying various other things. There was a learning curve for me and it took me awhile to realize that the default is count-up, but to switch it to countdown I just needed to turn the knob to put time on it; and to switch from countdown back to count-up, I just needed to hit the reset button. For some reason this still doesn't come naturally to me, especially since the reset button isn't used to switch from count-up to count down, but is used to switch from hours/minutes to minutes/seconds.I do find that I turn the knobs too easily during use, so if I want to pause and restart, which requires pressing either knob down (and not turning them), there's a decent chance I'm going to turn the knob accidentally when I'm trying to restart, which will mess up the time and then I have to guess at what it should be.
