The size may be standard for frame door grooves, but it did not fit in our door. I used strong glue, and it did the job. Some say the magnet is not strong enough or nonexistent, but they are probably not positioning the polarized side correctly. Before installing them, try them, and you will see that they do stick together.

Needed to replace the magnetic strip in my shower door. This was the perfect size, easy to use, durable and easy to cut to the correct length. It is working fine. However, the magnet isn't super strong.

Worked great going into the channel . However I noticed playing around with it before installing it would magnify to itself which made me feel it’s not going to stick to my existing shower magnet . Once installed on the door the door wouldn’t stay closed . I need to replace the other side so I ordered another roll . Would have been cheaper to buy the two rolls and replace both sides at the same time . I had some left over so I added the left over 8 inches and the door will close till the other roll comes in . In summary buy two rolls and replace the door and shower side at the same time(my fault for rushing to save 1$ and now spending another 14 ) Still giving 5 stars

Very disappointed that the 2 rolls of magnetic tape, or not magnetic. Do not stick to each other, or to any steel surface tried subsequently.
