I've fought with these clamps with pliers and it's always gone poorly. I bent one and needed a replacement. I could get this entire set and a tool for the price one would have cost me at a large green ag dealer quoted. I took a chance and these are identical in the size I needed. The pliers are amazing at holding the ends snugly and the autolocking mechanism is perfect to make installation easy.Highly recommend and great value for price

Good set, pliers are pretty decent. The only thing I think It needs improvement on is the bigger hose clamps in the set, there isn't very many of them.

Nice assortment of spring band hose clamps and the pliers work well too. The quality is good with plenty of sizes. The way I see it once I've used a few of these the kit has paid for itself just in time savings of not having to wait or drive to get a replacement.

A set of small flat, steel spring hose clamps (6mm – 25mm) with a ratcheting, swivel plier. I’m sure there are standards for hose clamp spring/young modulus, which I don’t know if these clamps meet, as they seem rather weak compared to the clamps on my car. I would use them only on low pressure connections.Similarly the ratcheting, swivel spring clamp plier is somewhat flimsy. Adequate for the occasional weekend do it your selfer, but not heavy duty enough for professional mechanics.
