Does what it is meant for. Worked out with it on sweated more than I ever expected weight loss looking better than before.

I think probably goes without saying that this product is effecting in trapping heat and promoting sweat (e.g. making it a "sauna shirt").The outer layer is fairly durable synthetic fabric, and the inner layer appears to be a non-permeable plastic type of material. There's a small amount of stretch, but not much.I've washed it three times so far - in a front loading machine, cool water, and conventional detergent (obviously air drying, not tumble drying), and it's held up just fine. The stiching all seems strong and it's overall still like new.Fit is the big question when you're buying this.I wear an XL in most shirts (either conventional casual button downs, or most brands of cotton "standard fit" t-shirts. If I'm buying slim fit or athletic fit shirts, an XXL is usually better.After reading reviews of similar products, I bought this in a XXXL.I would call that fit "close", but not tight. So, if you're looking for this to fit tightly - like a compression garment - I'd probably buy it in the same size you'd buy an athetlic/slim cut shirt.If you want just a little bit more room - but still a close fit - buy one size up.Also worth mentioning (and you can see in some of the seller/manufacturer photos) that it's a bit looser around the wrists and forearms. I suspect that's for ease of taking it on and off, but worth pointing out. Even though it fits my chest and shoulders fairly snugly, and "closely", but not compression, around my torso, the wrists still have a bit of looseness to them

This long sleeve is pretty bad-assIve used it twice now while running and love it.Definitely makes me sweat like crazyI purchased an XL hoping it wasn't to small but actually fits good. Obviously this type of material will be a little challenging to put on but it works, so ill take it. I will try next time to use a squirt bottle to spray my arms to see if it will slide into position better when throwing it on, and last my recommendation would be to hit the showers with it after your workout and wash it in the shower DONT USE WASH MACHINE let it hang dry inside out.
