These curtains were what we were hoping for! I ordered the white for our living room and dining room. We didn't want blackout, but wanted the sunlight to come thru during the day (they are light reducing though) and give privacy at night and these are exactly what we were going for. At night with the curtains drawn, you cannot see what is on the inside other than lights being on. If you want true blackout definitely pass on these, but if you're looking for light reducing and privacy, these are for you!

These curtains are not 100%blackout or even 80... but they look great and are the best I've found in white! It did take me a LONG time to steam them to get the wrinkles out. And 2 of the packs had damaged curtains one with hot pink one marksman one with grease. Easy fix and got the replacement set and all is good. Amazing how curtains can transform a room so much!

BUYER BEWARE..... I bought 2 sets of these curtains in white. One set of panels came and looked good when I looked them over. The second pair of panels had OBVIOUSLY been opened and handled and probably returned for the same reason I returned them. They were stained and marked up. So I sent them back for a replacement and received the replacement the next day. Same thing. Brownish blue discoloration streaks in a few places as well as yellow spots. So... I sent for, yet another replacement. These were better and honestly they still have a few small marks but clearly they all do. Might have something to do with the dark trim of the packaging bleeding onto the curtain fabric.The quality of the fabric is nice. I wouldn’t deem them “blackout” by any means but I am not using them for that feature anyway and it’s probably due to the light color of the fabric. I have a few sets of the dark colored ones and they are indeed blackout. If you’re buying WHITE look them over in bright lighting!

The material is very soft and good quality. I bought a set of the pure white to cover a 100" window. I should have bought a second set because they just barely cover the windows when the curtains are drawn. I didn't hang mine high enough and they graze the floor a bit. When they get a little dirty, I just use my hand to wipe at the dust and this cleans the edges off. The white curtains block a decent amount of light, considering that they are white. However, they are by no means blackout curtains.I would recommend this product and I would purchase this product again.
