I really like this Twidec 270-piece Cable Clamps Assortment! Cable clamps are something that I never really think about until I need them, and then I end up trying to scrounge around and see if I have any used ones sitting around the workshop that I can put to work. I'm also a fan of assortments of like-typed hardware, as they help to ensure that I have the exact size of screw, nut, bolt, or in this case: cable clamp that I need. The Twidec set is especially versatile as it contains clamps sized from 1/4" all the way up to 1-3/4". Wow, that's quite a usable range!These are made to last also, whether they be used indoors or outside - with durable rubber padding on nice quality stainless steel clamp bands. A few days ago I needed to replace an irrigation rain sensor which had failed at my home. I installed the original one hastily and didn't route the wire from the sensor to the controller box very neatly and it always bothered me. This time I threaded the wire through a thin length of conduit and secured it to an exterior wall using a few clamps from this kit and I think it's SO much neater than the old setup. Since the house is a concrete block and stucco construction, I needed to drill holes with a masonry bit and tap in wall anchors, finally securing the clamps with stainless steel screws driven into the anchors. I expect this installation to last a very long time!In addition to the 10 sizes of anchors, this kit also includes TWO types of mounting hardware: self-tapping screws and nuts and bolts to accommodate different mounting scenarios, and even a double-headed screwdriver; all packaged in a decent-quality plastic divided storage case. The case is larger than I expected, as it is jam-packed full of cable clamp goodness!

This will be a very useful set of clamps, for electrical or even some plumbing. Every clamp has a rubber (nonconductive, cushioning) bumper on it. There's also a flat/phillips reversible screwdriver, but it doesn't fit into the storage case so it's essentially just an additional screwdriver for you. There's very good value for money.My only gripe is that the case is pretty weak. It has four hinges for the lid, and one of them was busted and the plastic cracked when I received the item. I fixed it with tape; someday I may glue it, but at any rate the case is for keeping in your workshop. If you're going out to a jobsite, you might want to handle it very carefully or take the clamps you might need with you in separate packaging.
