Ironically this item stopped working just after the warranty period concluded. We had isues with it staying on to continuously warm the product in the bay.

Used once for our Christmas dinner for my family (32 people) it worked great. Got it out for Super Bowl and it made a couple of crackling sounds and would not come on at all. Very disappointed and would not recommend it to anyone. A lot of money for a one time use and no ability to return. Sad product.

I ordered one of these in September and it quit working in November. I called and emailed and finally received a new unit thankfully on December 1 plugged it in filled it with water and it leaks. I have sent several messages to customer service and have received no reply. Very disappointed.
