I purchased this product on 2/18, and recieved it on 2/22. First, the product arrived damaged and missing parts. The "C" panel was damaged because of insufficient packing - the wheels were not secured or padded and allowed to bounce around inside the package. Plus the entire package of hardware for the glass doors (#7) was missing.I contacted Amazon, who said they are unable to replace missing parts, and referred me to the manufacturer's website. This is despite the instructions on the support page to "Contact Amazon for replacement parts and manuals". I opened a ticket with Vevor on 2/23, who said they would send the requested parts.I recieved the replacement parts on 3/7 and started to assemble the product. I got halfway through the process and realized that the replacement panel I recieved is not the correct part. It is labelled "C", but the hole placement on the panel is reversed from the original (damaged) panel. In addition, one of the screws for the magnetic door latch broke in half - luckily, the remaining 3 screws seem to be holding.I have contacted the manufacturer yet again regarding this new issue. It's very frustrating that I am unable to finish assembling a product I received over 2 weeks ago. I have to wait another 1-2 weeks for them to ship out a replacement part, and hope it is the right one this time. I would advise anyone who needs to assemble this in a timely fashion to look elsewhere.

I typically don't refer to put together furniture as real furniture but this is actually really nice. Quality of the particle board used is the same but the finish on it is really nice. The instructions are very clear and very easy to put together. They give you hardware bags with numbers that perfectly match the instruction booklet. The instructions are done in a way so that you build it in an order that makes perfect sense and works out to finish it quickly and easily. They also include sticker which typically I leave off to cover the screws but these stickers match and are quality just like the finish so you actually can't even tell where the screw holes are. It was well thought out and executed product would buy again and I would buy more products from this manufacturer.

Love the cabinet after putting it together but the instructions that came with it were terribleI’ve put lots of stuff together after buying and these instructions were the worst I’ve seen
