Ce produit VEVOR, qui était proposé en complément de mon achat d'une foreuse-carotteuse de la même marque, n'est pas adapté. Les dimensions de son embout servant à le fixer à la carotteuse, la pièce maitresse, ne sont pas compatibles avec elle. De plus, le pas de vis de la partie femelle du système de fixation de cette pièce accessoire, située à l'arrière, est différent de celui de la partie mâle de la pièce principale, la foreuse-carotteuse. Comme l'accessoire ne peut pas être fixé au produit principal, je suis insatisfait. Ce qui m'oblige à renvoyer le foret accessoire inadapté. En outre, dans l'hypothèse où il me serait impossible de commander un foret VEVOR effectivement adaptable, je n'aurai pas d'autre choix que de renvoyer la foreuse-carotteuse de cette marque.

I was installing a new sump pump and needed to cut a hole through 8 inches of concrete. This cutting saw did a great job.

Drill works very well. I'm only drilling caliche, si it makes short work of it, with little wear.

If you look at the photos that pretty much tells the story, I actually tried to use it, and it was absolutely worthless. I had to make a template to even start to use it because it jumped all over the place, probably because of those pieces of welding, slag whatever that is on 3 of the cutters I would not recommend this thing is definitely going back very unhappy big waste of time.

This carotteuse / core drill bit seems plenty good for the price 62€. If you get a few holes out of it, or even one, you're fine. It's made in China, of course. But I had to return it un-used because the dimensions indicated in the images did not match. The images show 355mm from teeth to end of the 101mm circular part, but in reality it's 420mm. This was a problem because I needed to use a guiding drill bit and 400mm is the normal long size which would not protrude beyond the cutting teeth. This may not be a problem for you. Also, the description says that the adapter thread is 5/8" and it was about impossible to find such an item. I translated 5/8 to 16mm and found an M16 item, but it didn't really fit. It must be something like a M16 or 5/8" double-coarse (regular M16 the threads are too dense for this.) FYI the spec paper that comes with this shows thread 1.25in-7 but that's not right either - it's definitely about 5/8" diameter. The spec paper says inside depth 400mm, and overall length 450mm (teeth to end of knob for adapter) which seems to match the reality. The listing on Amazon really needs a link to a perfectly compatible adapter, and some more precise dimensions - because that's what we need.
