Wood puzzles are a family hobby, and I am regularly ordering them. The strong profile and bold colors attracted me to this lion. We finished the puzzle, but a bottom left piece was missing as depicted in the photograph. We have never lost a piece to any other puzzle. We checked our work area and the packaging diligently once we learned of the missing piece. We couldn’t find it anywhere.Looking past the missing piece, the puzzle was good but not great. Colors are vibrant and pieces fit well together. The pieces are sturdy and thick. The best part is that the puzzle continued to challenge right through the end. Unfortunately, the special pieces shaped like animals weren’t impressive. Many of them were too indistinct to clearly identify. The pattern was geometrical and failed to appeal to my wife as much as other puzzles.Overall, this is a good puzzle let down by a missing piece.

This is a beautiful wooden puzzle! I find I am becoming addicted to wooden puzzles as opposed to cardboard ones as they are a little more challenging to interlock the pieces, as well as giving a more quality feel to the entire product. The colors are very rich on this and while I have not started it yet I am thinking it will be harder than easy but not the most difficult one I've done either. I love that the packaging is simple, a cardboard box with the pieces in a sealed paper bag inside. It is made in Poland and is definitely a quality puzzle. It's always exciting to get a new puzzle and I'm very excited to start this one. Honestly, the worst thing about this puzzle was choosing just one design to do! I am sure I will be ordering more in the future!

What a fun, colorful, and beautiful puzzle! The wood pieces fit together much better than I expected for a wooden puzzle and the animal-shaped pieces add an extra level of fun. I only wish it was more than 250 pieces!
