I recently got a new 2024 Honda CR-V Sport L Hybrid and one of the only things about the car that I don't like is the lack of pockets or utility to store things especially in the back seat and trunk area. There's plenty of open space but nothing to really keep it in place and stop it from flying around on every turn.I saw this XHRING Car Trunk Organizer Storage Backseat Hanging Organizer Bag for Honda CRV/CR-V Odyssey Pilot HRV/HR-V Passport LX EX EX-L Sport Hybrid Touring SUV Camping Accessories 2000-2024 2025 and thought that it might be a useful accessory to use, but I was unfortunately mistaken.First of all, with the way this attaches to the backside of the backseat, it makes it very inconvenient to use it, because you either have to climb in the back seat and put things in it, or you have to be freakishly tall to reach this if you're coming from the trunk side.But the most glaring issue, is the fact that there just isn't much useable space which makes it useless unless you're looking at storing a few small items.Overall, this isn't a very good accessory, it just doesn't offer much utility at all and also looks kind of hokey hanging off the back seat head rests. 1/5 stars, would not recommend.

I used to have a collapsable crate in the back of my HRV. It holds the basics we have needed over the years. Reusable grocery bags, a roll of paper towels, an emergency blanket, and some other small stuff. Goot this and installed it, and it easily took all of that stuff with room to spare. the pockets are nice and big. It's a nice addition to my car, and better than the crate. However, ... the build quality is fairly low. The clips that wrap around the rear seat head rest, hold except when you pull on them to tighten them... then either the clip pops open on it's own, or the extra slack you just took out of the strap slips right back in again and doesn't hold. I found that if I got it really close to the tightness I wanted, I put a knot in the excess, and then it couldn't slip back through the clip. The velcor on the pockets is low quality, but I really don't care if any of the pouches actually stay shut. Isn't critical in my use. There is Velcro on the back of it that holds it to the back of the seat, and follows the contour of the seat. slopping back towards the front the of the car at the bottom of the seats... and the Velcro holds it there well.Overall I am glad I have it, it's a nice addition to the back of my HRV and makes the cargo space more useful. It just needs to make it thtough my 3 year lease.
