I bought it and when i opened it up it was missing the key E-bolts to finish the setup and I couldnt finish setting it up.

Just what we needed for extra storage. Took quite a while to assemble but solid enough considering it’s not real wood.

Looks nice, thought I was hoping the locking mechanism locked all the drawer or at least the bottom file drawer.And the shelves on the side seem awkward. It’ll serve its purpose for now, I suppose.

Product could not be completely assembled as one of the drawers had missing plastic anchor points. Very dissatisfied as the cabinet was about 75% assembled before realizing this manufacturing defect. The drawers are near the end of the assembly process. See photos for clarification. Buyer beware!

A couple of the wood panels were broken during shipment. Obviously, this is not entirely the supplier's fault, but I do feel it could have been packaged a bit better to prevent this. Contacted Yitahome service and spoke directly with a rep and explained the situation. I was asked to provide pictures and informed that the rest of the process would be handled via email. Have not heard anything since.I generally don't like rating a product based on customer service, but I at least want others to be aware.As for the unit itself, I had no choice but to go ahead and assemble it. There was no way I was going to be able to re-package for a return and you can forget about getting replacement parts. Thankfully the broken pieces were not entirely structural.Pros:- Overall quality is not terrible for the price. Sure, it's not solid wood, but I've certainly seen worse examples of particle-board furniture (i.e. isn't going to fall to pieces the first time you try to move it)- Adequate install instructions. Should not have any issues if you pay attention to the pictures so that the pieces are oriented correctly before assembly. I gave it 4 stars for 'ease of assembly' but aware that there are a lot of parts and screws. Not much different that putting Ikea stuff together.- No missing parts. All the screws and hardware were packaged individually and sometimes included an extra piece- End shelves are adjustableCons:- Hope you don't need to contact manufacturer- Got the model with the power outlet. Kind of like the idea, but the design seems like an afterthought. It looks out of place with the cable sticking out the side. They should have provided a hole to run it out the back something. Would look cleaner.
