Love the pattern, easy to follow…. Went to use another color yarn and it wasn’t in the kit, had to go buy the yarn needed to complete the pattern.

The travel package is great to keep all of the little pieces of yarn altogether nice and neat. And I loved that the pillow was already done, does make it a tiny bit difficult to get in the corners but well worth it to have the pillow part already attached. Definitely will buy from this vendor again. Also having the the color map pressed on makes it super easy to not make mistakes I hate having to count the little boxes to make sure I'm putting the right color in the right place.

My daughter got a latch hook kit and while I was teaching her (and myself) how to do it, I realized this is the kind of thing that is right up my alley. I love repetitive crafts like knitting... I get all zen. This is just that. Perfect for in front of the tv or while listening to music. It is so cool to watch it come together! And it’s so kitschy it makes me smile. Now I have a funny rug pillow!😄

As a kid I did these....so I thought I would have my 8 yr. Old daughter try one. Didn't realize that the picture was NOT on the actually pillow like it was when I did these as a kid. So you have to look at the picture which is actually smaller than the pillow and try to gollow. So in my opinion this would not be good for any child. It is way too hard to follow.I haven't started it yet....but it looks like it is very cute.
