This is a good product and has plenty of room for many different body types; I'm a 200+lb male and it allowed me to start doing things to stretch, workout, or just swing.. I just need to watch some tutorials or take a class to understand how to use some of the "extra" straps that came with it.

I was looking for something that would help me stretch my back instead of an inversion table. I found this yoga swing with great reviews.I hang it from a beam in my basement and wow is this ever quality material. Nothing cheap about this product. Super east to install .I redid the knots for the white chords that hang the swing. I shortened the length and doubled up a few knots afterwards.I initially thought it would have limited use but have found full yoga sessions that can be done with the help of this swing. I may finally come closer to doing yoga rather than convenient stretches.Having the swing makes some positions easier than just with a mat. Im glad I got this. If you need to buy one of these it may not be the most expensive but it's definitely of the highest quality .

Es una buena herramienta para principiantes e intermedios. No es una tela elástica así q hay algunas posturas q son incómodas pero se conpensa con otras. Aunque los mosquetones se vean delgados sí son para 200kg c/u.Y es buena relación calidad-precio

Me encanto la calidad en el material lo he estado usando y muy resistente me da seguridad de que resistirá mi peso buenas costuras la tela no es muy amplia como otros más grandes pero cumple perfecto su propósito excelente opción para el precio

i am very happy with this. i am 53 years old and consider myself a veteran yogi...but...i practice less than i should and have grown nervous about inversions. so i thought to get a yoga swing. i did so much research and as with many things, especially yoga props, i always feel you get what you pay for.practicing at home during pandemic and limited resources, i decided, reluctantly, to give this less expensive option a go.i couldn't be happier. my first yoga swing! i wasn't sure what to expect and worried buying a less expensive one would mean complications or difficulty--but it is easy. and fun. luckily i had the strong beam to hang it from. it took me about 15 minutes from unpacking to being up and in it.i wanted to write this review to encourage others who might be on the fence. i watched many you tubes and thought it would be a big deal...wonderfully easy to start out slow. simply the zero gravity hammock experience, for stress reduction, is worth the cost. it's been 4 or 5 days. my practice is to just get up in it and rest--meditate...wait. then explore as spirit moves (and it does) i havent hung fully upside down yet but i'm getting there. there are many simple yin style supported long holds you can find on your own. and not feel pressured to be a circus acrobat.fabric feels very strong--yet so thin and light--parachute! very supportive and very easy to find balance and maintain. go slow. soawesome. namaste!!!
