Ratchet works okay. I actually ran over one of my batteries and crushed it. To my surprise they don't offer replacement batteries! What kind of company doesn't sell extra batteries for the tools that they sell?

I bought this back in 2023 and it is still going strong after me dropping it 100s of times, spilling literally every automotive fluid possible on it, and even splitting the battery. It is very tough and works very well. Just remember it’s not meant to break fasteners free it’s just meant to save time by being faster than a normal ratchet. I’d give it a 11/10.

The noise it makes is a little annoying, battery is decent and the torque is not as strong as I was expecting

Not sure why some people say it's very weak, I have not found that to ne the case. Replaced an A/C condenser on a mid 90's Suburban 2500 and it only failed to loosen 2 bolts. It is not a northern car so maybe that is the problem others have had. I would highly recommend this electric ratchet.

I wish a had bought this a long time ago. I needed to change a transmission and knew this would be great for the smaller bolts and screws and I was right. Made the job easier and faster than using a ratchet. Good battery life and since it comes with two batteries, I was never waiting for a charge. Also had plenty of power for removing most bolts, although I did have to break free some of the torqued bolts first. definitely will get my money's worth out of this tool in the future.
