PRECAUCIONES
El dispositivo debe utilizarse bajo voltaje nominal de 100 a 130 V. El calentador debe sumergirse completamente en el agua. El driver de temperatura externo debe mantenerse alejado del agua, ya que no es impermeable. Desconecta la alimentación y espera 15 minutos o más antes de cambiar el agua o quitar el calentador. Coloca el calentador en el camino del flujo de agua y no lo entierres. Cuando hay musgo u otra suciedad en la superficie del calentador y la visualización LED, debe limpiarse con un cepillo para polvo suave a tiempo.

Works fine. The instructions do not mention that the device will scream if you plug it into a surge-protected outlet. Plug it into a non-protected outlet and it is fine.

After an aquarium heater of mine failed after several years, locating a suitable replacement proved to be more difficult than I anticipated. I had 3 different brands that either didn’t maintain proper temperature or failed in a few weeks. This model is excellent on all counts. It is easy to set the desired temperature and the device maintains it. The digital LED display allows you to monitor its performance at a glance. The set temperature and current temperature are displayed and the times when the heater is powered is indicated as well. The water is kept within 1 degree F at all times. It seems to be built better than the others so I am hoping that it works like this for a few years. My only suggestion to make it better would be to include a method of mounting the display to the outside of the tank. I have taped it in place with clear packing tape which works, but I wish there was a suction cup or hanger or something included with the unit.

Works well. I love that it is digital so I can see from a distance. Not that I need to monitor it since it keeps the temperature perfectly. Cord is long enough. Controls are intuitive.My only issue is that it doesn't shut off when water level drops during water changes. I keep forgetting to turn off and it starts sizzling. Thus 4 stars, but maybe this is unfair because they didn't advertise this function.

J’ai un aquarium 40 gallons et cet élément de chauffage est excellent. On peut lire la température (étant numérique) et il ajuste la température de l’eau que vous décidez rapidement. Il faut noter qu’étant donné que l’eau sera plus chaude, des changements d’eau plus fréquents seront nécessaires.

Buen producto, adquirí el calentador de 300 watts, calienta rápido y no siempre está consumiendo energía (una vez que llega a temperatura deseada) lo que es bueno
