I love this harness. I put it on my Shih-Tzu for our Belmont Stakes day celebrations and everyone got such a kick out of it! I put it on her while my boyfriend wasn’t looking and when she walked over to him with it on, he cracked up! We spent the day at a lodge and all of the patrons were stopping to say hi and to tell us how cute she looked. She didn’t mind it at all, no fussing! And it’s functional, it has a ring on it for a leash, but I didn’t need to use one much there. I knocked off a star because it would inevitably fall to one side, so I kept having to readjust it, but the laughs outnumbered the adjustments. :) We will be using this for the triple crown races for years to come! Decent quality and fit well. Would buy again.

I bought this jockey costume for Halloween for my Maltese. It's slightly too large. I will need to make adjustments, but, I liked it so much, I did not return it. It's soooooooo cute! It's a little pricey, though. When I initially searched for it to buy, it was $20. I should have bought it then. I think I paid $30.

I love this. The quality is quite good and the large fit my large chested greyhound/irish wolfhound well. The only warning I have is using this as a harness. It was fine until my high prey drive dog lunged for a squirrel breaking the fabric right off (see marked up picture) and becoming detached from the leash. Luckily she listened to me and didn't run off after the squirrel and I had my other harness with me at the time.
