There’re easy to install, but removing the old ones was a little challenging without instructions for 2014 Ram. Adding the new ones, no issue at all. New matched up perfectly with the OEM.Hope this helps - to remove the old ones there’s one screw holding them on (I wasn’t aware of this) for each door. Pictures attached shows the front and back door location. The front door is easy to find on the edge on the inside door frame. The rear is a little harder to find; the seal is attached with a screw towards the front doors and behind where the hinges are located. Adjacent to the seal there’s a small opening where the screw is, I attached a pic that shows where to look. After those are removed, loosen the seal going front to back and you may have to do that twice. A plastic pry bar may help but don’t put too much pressure on the seal as to not tear it, I didn’t need to do that. Pull seal side to side gently trying not to rip it few times and then pull straight up while putting your finger(s) under the outside part pulling up. This should loosen it and pulls right out. If it’s still not budging, try the same thing on the other end. It took a few times of doing this for me and I didn’t want to break the old just in case I need to reinstall.Installing the new one, front door push it under the side mirror and lining it up on the other side. When it’s lined up you will see the hole on the seal and door match. screw it in while pushing down and aligning it where the old one was (you should see a mark). Push the rest down and lock it in place. I did that a few times making sure it was locked and tight. Roll up the window and do it again, I found parts that didn’t fully lock. You may want to do this twice rolling down and up. Next I left it in the hot sun so it will take shape and keep it in place with windows up.I hope my experience with removing and installing will help. There may be videos showing how to do this, but I wanted to add this on how I did it for this product review.For the price and ease of installation (not removing the old) you can’t go wrong with purchasing. I’m very impressed with looks and perfect match with the factory installed seal.

These look great and make a difference on the look of my truck. They were easy to install and definitely worth the money.
