The frame arrived with several of the bolts corroding and showing rust. It is a new sealed unit. Neither packaging nor bag insert showed signs of water damage. It seems that the bolts used are poor quality and the galvanizing not consistent enough to prevent moisture in the air from corroding the fasteners. I contacted Zuca directly for a replacement set but was told to deal with whoever I bought it from. Simply unacceptable service and not taking accountability for your sub standard product Zuca.

Got here really quick, very easy to assemble. I can fit my roller derby skates, six pads plus all the tools I need in the main pocket. Lots of other pockets of varying sizes for first-aid stuff or random crap. I really like how the frame has lots of holes so I can strap on duct tape, my helmet and anything else with some snaps. Never thought I'd break down and buy a zuca but now that I see how handy it is I'm glad I spent the money.
