The dual valve is great for inflating and deflating. Open just the top (clear) one to inflate and the air doesn't leak out while you're blowing it up.Open the bottom (black) to quickly and fully deflate.The shape is great being contoured for your calves to rest on.And it works very well is you use it while you're sitting on the couch. Picture using it on the bed but having it rest against the front of the couch instead.Issue: Who on this earth thought up that pump? I know we waste a lot of plastic on this planet but this pump has to be the worst piece of plastic ever invented. It's impossible to use.

Great product - easy to inflate and 3 days in it’s still staying inflated perfectly. Bought for post op leg surgery rest and was worried this would deflate like so many other reviewers indicated had happened to them upon first use with similar products but this one is great. Order it 😊

I sit in a recliner to watch TV but it doesn't raise my legs high enough. I thought I would give this a try.The pillow is much larger than I expected. It comes with a pump and has a dual valve to pump in the air. It stops the air leaking out when you are filling it. I didn't fill it all the way because I like a softer surface. It's a personal preference as to how much air you want to put in. It also has a bag to carry it in (deflated) when you are travelling.This pillow has a great shape - narrow at the thigh, thicker to fit under the knees and narrower at the foot of the pillow. It fits perfectly on the footrest and seat area of my chair. And is extremely comfortable. Highly recommend.

I was a massage therapist for many years and there are certain health and wellness tools we should all have at home. I was having leg cramps during sleeping, know all about them, but never experienced, and found this, and the issue stopped after 2 nights. People who work at a desk ( I do NOW), or drive for work, get little exercise, retired folks, illnesses like diabetes, or prone to blood clots, spinal issues, pregnancy as mentioned, athletes after a game, or after travel journeys, ... any doctor will tell you, laying down with elevated legs is very beneficial for total body rest and recovery. The fact that this will be as firm AS YOU WANT, can pad it to any softness desired through the air density, or topping with pillows, and yes it's bulky: but unlike "pillow products", if you don't want to use it for a time, it goes flat to pack away, can even take on trips because of that! I am thinking retired folks on a CRUISE would really love this after days of excess walking, out of their normal routine... I think this is a GREAT GIFT for EVERYONE! Very grateful to the sellers for this timeless, high quality, brilliant item that GENUINELY HELPS PEOPLE of all ages! God Bless, namaste
