Das Mikroskop ist gut. Der Ständer ist aber eher unbrauchbar. Lieber einen mit stellschraube nehmen da die Tiefenschärfe extrem kurz ist und man den Ständer sicher nicht so einstellen (biegen) kann, dass genau der Bereich schraf ist, den man anschauen möchte. Somit muss man mit der Hand das Mikroskop hindrücken und dabei merkt man jedes noch so kleine zittern.Eventuell nochmals etwas Geld in die Hand nehmen und einen vernünftigen Ständer kaufen.Software für das Mikroskop war kostenlos zum downloaden. Installation easy. Zeitaufwand ca. 5 min dann hat es funktioniert.

Tiene buen rango de foco, buen control de luz, buena calidad de imagen y buena versatilidad. Es desmontable y se puede usar en mano. El brazo es de succion asi que requiere un poco de ayuda con agua de vez en cuando para hacer un buen vacío, sin embargo es muy facil de limpiar ya que la superficie esta diseñada para buen contacto.

Lo utilicé para reparar una tarjeta madre que tenía los pines doblados. La imagen en la pantalla de la computadora se amplió lo suficiente como para poder manipular los pines doblados con las pinzas de precisión.Previamente había intentado reparar la motherboard con una lupa pero la realidad es que no me daba suficiente detalle pero el microscopio sí que lo hizo.Al microscopio se le puede regular la iluminación y calibrar el aumento manualmente. La única desventaja que hay, es descargar un software para poder utilizar el dispositivo. Dicho software está en el sitio web del producto y ha funcionado correctamente.La imagen que comparto es de una moneda de 10 centavos mexicanos que mide aproximadamente 1.3 cm o 13 mm. Como se observa , el detalle es bastante bueno como para poder manipular u observar objetos muy pequeños.

Antes de este compré uno más pequeño de la misma marca, y se ve mejor que esté que es mas caro, la única ventaja es la conexión a la computadora pero el zoom y el enfoque no son tan buenos

El microscopio esta muy bien. El zoom min y max ajustable es muy bueno y te permite ver a detalle sin la necesidad de soporte o directo en otras superficies. Muy buena calidad.Lo uso en linux con la aplicación Cheese

La realidad es que, independientemente del tamaño de la pantalla usada para observar, la cámara tuviera una resolución que realmente no posee.Estas fotos son:1 y 2. Líneas de un flexómetro (cada una separada 1 mm) al mínimo aumento: 350x, usando una pantalla de 4K de 43". El mismo objeto pero al máximo zoom, me da 1,040x (en la misma pantalla). Pero en la realidad no se alcanza ni la mitad de lo que parece.3 y 4. Los mismos aumentos anteriores, pero observando un cabello humano.5 y 6. Son granos de sal común (mínimo y máximo zoom).El programa "Xploview" lo instalé en mi PC Windows10, se descarga del instructivo en inglés. Hay un instructivo en español pero no está disponible en el enlace que sugieren. Es útil porque se pueden tomar las fotos con el botón de disparo, grabar videos o secuencias, es muy pequeño el programa y fácil de instalar. También se puede ver en el visor de la cámara de Windows, pero no parece tener las mismas funcionalidades.Yo estoy contento con el desempeño de este microscopio, pero espero que con las nuevas tecnologías aparezca una versión 5.0 mucho mejor en calidad digital pronto (este es versión 3.0, parece que existe un 4.0). Quizá no pueda visualizar con claridad la mayoría de los tipos de células, pero si se diferencian tejidos y pequeñas estructuras. Como sea, tendré que comprar un microscopio de más de $5,000 para hacer cosas realmente profesionales.

I read tons of reviews on other products for buying this microscope and I haven't been disappointed with how it works. I can't vouch for Mac users but on Windows 10 this scope worked first plug-in and run of the "Xploview" app (required to use the camera). Here's a general breakdown:- The plastic stand is nothing extraordinary but it works fine providing appropriate lines for measurement and object alignment.- The scope wand attaches to the plastic stand via a suction cup. This cup has to be mounted in a specific spot on the stand but does so fairly easily and holds in place well. The camera also attaches to this wand by 2 swivel spots on the C-clamp. It allows the camera swivel to move fairly easily.- The camera has a wheel to adjust both the light and focus. These are easy to use and work suitably. It's best to put the camera about 1-2" from the stand to bring the camera into focus first. After that, focus is relatively easy to manage. A "touch" button on top allows the user to take quick snapshots.Pros- Tap photo button on top works great when you prefer to not go back-forth between your PC and camera.- Is stable and easy to use when mounted to the base.- Focus is not difficult and adjusting lighting works as intended.- It does a good job of allowing very close zooming without sacrificing light.- Software is extremely simple to use- Price (it's one of the better priced camera's on here)Cons- Lighting from distances exceeding a few inches is generally not useful...could benefit to be a bit stronger but not necessary in all applications.- Base has a tiny spot that the wand can suction to...could benefit from enlarging this smooth area some.- USB cord tends to get in the way or move the camera sometimes when making adjustments...maybe clamps on the wand bar could alleviate this.Summary: It's a great scope that functionally does what the description states.

We purchased this item for Christmas for our 9 y/o son. He showed an interest in science and we found some old slides which belonged to me when I was a kid.He was excited, we hooked it to his computer, and he was able to check out the slides and enjoyed seeing what he couldn't with the naked eye.Pros:1) Easy setup -- Software was available to download from the internet with a quick Google search (which worked out well because first computer didn't have a CDROM drive to load from included media).2) Good magnification, reasonable picture. -- It's what I expected based on the other reviews, especially at this price point. I wasn't expecting scientific lab quality at the price point I paid.Cons:1) Resolution is a bit low, but I knew this going in, and for my son, he doesn't seem to notice.Overall:Happy with the purchase, and the fact that it gives our son exposure to science and learning. He liked to be able to checkout different things he finds around the house or yard.
