If you have any issues with your product just reach out to them with WhatsApp and they’ll take great care of you.My unit came with a crooked handle and broken phone holder and when I sent them pictures of the problem they took care of me right away. Give them about 24 hours to get back with you.I love the vibrating unit, it has already helped me with my lymph nodes.

I really like this machine so far it really does shake the fat off, and I think it works for your blood simulation in your legs I can really see my weight dropping just be careful with the speed you put it on, and how long you chose to stay on it I think it can become dangerous if you stay on it to long just be carful with the timing and the speed

Really happy with this vibration plate! Setup was quick, and it feels super sturdy when using it. The handle adjusts easily, and the resistance bands are a nice bonus. I’ve been using it a few times a week and can already feel the difference, especially in my legs. It’s not too loud either, which is great for my apartment. Totally worth it!

Excellent for all ages. My 88 year old grandfather requested it and loves it but the whole family is able to use itI cannot honestly say if you lose weight or not as we've only had it a few days, but I can tell you putting it together was relatively easy and he absolutely is loving this machine. He's telling everybody about it.

This is a nice vibrating plate. The first one we received was missing screws so I improvised and used some screws that were very similar which didn't really work, it left the piece loose. When it was all put together it didn't work. There was power to the vibrating plate but no display would light up and it would not vibrate. They immediately sent out another one and received it the next day. The second had all the parts and was easy to put together. The handlebars mount to a steel plate that mounts to the underside of the vibrating plate. On the handlebars, there is a plastic phone holder which is useless (the reason for the 4-star), whatever you put on there vibrates right off despite the rubber circle in the middle of the holder. The handlebars are wobbly and are basically there for balance. Not meant to hold weight at all. It does work well and it comes with a remote so you don't have to bend down to turn it on or adjust the vibration.
