It's the look I wanted, it's the premium-style faucet for the hot water heater I bought. The handle has a mechanism to keep you from accidentally turning it on and scalding yourself. Well, after about a month, the handle came off with a little ball bearing, and I could not put them back where they belong. And I'm the only one that uses it! So now the handle just sits on there detached from the faucet. The faucet still works, it's just really irritating.

Love this, my only complaint is that the hoses are a little short making it difficult to connect to the tank properly in tight spaces. Instruction are very simple and don't go into much detail. Cold water flows threw the faucet before going into the tank to cool the faucet, got on a warehouse deal and very worth what I paid.

Instant hot means no waiting for a cup of tea. I give it five stars for that. It’s easy to install, looks great with the clay fired sink. Not enough information in the description as the tap is tap only and does not include the boiler. Do not stick your finger under the hot tap to test for temperature, when the say instant hot they are not kidding!!
