Had my heated mattress pad for over a year and notice that it was cold in many spots. Before I bought a new one I wrote to Reak's Electric and told them about my problem and tried to find warranty information and couldn't if they could tell me what the warranty is on this product. They sent a note saying that they are sending me a new matress pad free of charge to replace my defective one. Wow, what a surprise! That's what I call super customer service that you can't beat! They have customer for life now, so if I need something that they carry I will go to them first!

Love this mattress cover. I was able to feel the wires, but placing another mattress cover over it worked like a charm and made it that much more comfortable. The controller lights up when using which is an added bonus.

I don't think the top and bottom fabrics could be any thinner and there isn't much top padding. I have tested one control so far and it seems to be of good quality. This on a spare bed so it won't get much and it was quite a bit cheaper than the 5 year warranty brand I have purchased in the past. Time will tell and I hope the durability surprises me.

I suffer from chronic pain so a heated mattress pad is essential for me to have any chance of getting sleep. I have a queen size Reaks pad on my bed at home. I never count on these things lasting more then a year tops but my queen has lasted close to 2 years! I was traveling home to visit ny parents and needed a heated mattress pad for the full sized bed in their guest bedroom. I went with this brand again and i am so grateful i did because the guest bedroom has NO HEAT!! This thing not only helped my pain but kept me nice and warm all night. It worked so well i decided to leave it at my parents house so my mom can use it for her bad back when she is in pain and so it will be there for me when i come visit again. Honestly ive gone through so many heated mattress pads and blankets over the years and some havent lasted more than a day or a week. This wierd off brand is the best ive found when it comes to longevity. It has 10 heat settings and a timer. I am always cold so i put mine on the 2nd highest setting and it gets HOT, just like i prefer.

This heated pad fits my Cal King bed nicely. I love the lighted controllers and the timer feature. It doesn't get as warm or as quickly as my sunbeam blanket does, but that's not a big deal as I always turn it on 30 min before going to bed. What is an issue is that there is no heat where our feet are, so I took away a star for that. This probably isn't an issue for short people, but for taller folks it is. Next time I'll look specifically for wires going all the way from top to bottom. Overall it's decent, but could be improved.
